DESCRIPTION:June 17 (Sat.) {Raindate Sun. June 18}: “46th ANTIQUE FLY-IN” \nThe Potomac Antique Aero Squadron (PAAS) will hold it’s 46th Antique Airplane Fly-In at Massey Aerodrome. This is the second year that the former Horn Point Antique Fly-In will be held at Massey. This is an Antique Airplane Assoc. (AAA) judged event. Times: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with judging until 2:00 PM\, food & drinks available on field.  Registration begins 9:00 AM @ $15.00 per aircraft. Judging Begins @ 9:30 AM. Judging Ends @ 2:00 PM. DESCRIPTION:May 13 (Sat): Chili Fiesta Fly-in \nFly in\, Drive in\, with your best chili recipe and/or covered dish\, dessert item (optional). This annual event attracts local towns folk\, and if weather permits\, a large contingent of interesting flying machines. Festivities begin at 11 AM and go until 3 PM (Food Served at Noon). Renew old friendships and discover what everybody’s been working on all winter. General Public Invited! No Admission or Parking charge. The Airport & Museum are open\, family friendly and handicap accessible (on grass). Antique and Show cars are invited for non-judged display (If you have a motorcycle\, vintage car or hot rod\, come early\, park up front around the DC-3 for everyone to see & admire). DESCRIPTION:This is our annual Christmas Party for the community and flying friends. Friends bring hors d’oeuvres and the airport supplies the main course and hot cider. This is always a rain or shine event\, drive or fly\, from about 11:00PM to 3:00PM (Food served at Noon). As always\, keep an eye out for “no-radio” aircraft. DESCRIPTION:The Vintage Sailplane Association (VSA) will hold their annual East Coast Sailplane meet at Massey over the Columbus Day weekend. Gliders from the 30’s through the 60’s are invited for a four day weekend of flying and hangar stories.
