Vintage Sailplane Rally
The Vintage Sailplane Association (VSA) will hold their annual East Coast Sailplane meet at Massey over the Columbus Day weekend. Gliders from the 30’s through the 60’s are invited for a four day weekend of flying and hangar stories. Glider rides and biplane rides will be available (prices vary), with a portion of the fee being donated to the museum. See www.vintagesailplane.org. Galena Lions Club Car Show

Registration: 10 AM to 12 Noon with Judging from 12 to 1:30 PM. Awards: 2 PM. Entry Fee for Show Cars: $20.00 (No Admission charge for General Public). The Galena Lions Club has moved it’s annual Judged Car Show to Massey Aerodrome for 2017. Refreshments sold to benefit The Galena Lions Club. We’re looking forward to upwards of 100 show cars on view. Massey Aerodrome is family friendly and handicap accessible (on grass).
